Method
- Wash the sugarcanes well and peel the hard-outer layer of the cane with a big knife.
- Now cut them into small pieces and blend
- Boil for 2 hours or it stew
- put it on cooking form and leave it for cool
- Already for serving or keep it in the glass as suvenir
Noted
- You can add more ingredients such as sesame seed or coconut pieces before putting it on the cooking form
- Brown sweet sugar cane (Nam Oy Kone) can be cooked for varies menu such as dessert or use as sugar for cooking
