Ingredients
- 3 stalks of lemongrass
- 3 cups of water
- 1-1/2 g of sugar
Method
- Cut the lemongrass leaves and wash them thoroughly. After that, pound the leaves into small pieces.
- Heat the water and add the sugar and the lemongrass. Cover the pan for 20 minutes to let the flavours mix.
- After that, let the juice cool down before drinking.
Noted
- Do not pound too much.
- In order to get the beautiful green colour and fragrant, keep the lemongrass into a bottle in the refrigerator.
- Get more fragrant by putting pandanus.
