ເຂົ້າຕົ້ມປະປາ Khaotom Pa Pah

Khaotom Pa Pah is Hmong's traditional food

Khaotom Pa Pah is famous by Hmong people which is made for festivals such as Boun Kin jieng (Hmong’s New Year). Not only making for festival, it can be made all the year.

Ingredients

  • Sticky rice
  • eggs or honey
  • Sugarcane jaggery

Method

  1. Soakingsticky rice for 3-5 hours
  2. Paint mortar by white eggs before pounding rice
  3. Then, make circle and flat shape.  Assembling banana leaf packets
  4. Grill before serving 
  5. Serve with sugarcane jaggery
