Sin Ded Diaw cook by varied of herb such as dill (treat cough), pepper (Body fat burning), and garlic (reduce stomach ache)
Ingredients
- Beef 1/2 kg
- Oyster sauce
- 5 Dill’s root
- Fish sauce 5 table spoons
- white sesame seeds 2 table spoons
- Sugarcane 2 table spoons
- 3 cloves of garlic, pounded
- Black pepper 1 tea spoon, pounded
Method
- cut beef into pieces (Not too thin or thick)
- mix all of preparing stuff with beef
- Making dry by leaving under the sun for 4-5 hours (turn otherside of meat around 2-3 times)
- Then, bring it for fried or grill before serving
Noted: Serve with sticky rice and Jeow is a perfect dish
