Ingredients
- 15 crabs
- 2 tablespoons of chopped spring onion
- 2 teaspoons of chili flakes or 1 tablespoon of chopped green chilies
- ½ teaspoon of salt (add more when using an egg)
- 1 egg (additionally)
Method
- Wash the crab and remove the oil from the crust.
- Pound the crab meat and mix it with the crab oil, salt, and spring onion
- Wash the crust thoroughly and put the crab meat mixture into the crust.
- Grill or stream the crusts for 10-15 minutes before they are ready to eat.
