Ingredients
- 2 cups of shrimp
- 1 piece of lime
- 1 tablespoon of fish sauce
- 1 table spoon of chilipowder
- 4 red or green chilies (sliced)
- 2-3 tablespoons of roasted sticky rice (pounded)
- 1 cup of spring onion (sliced)
- 1 cup of tooth herb (sliced)
- 1 cup of mint (sliced)
Method
- Stream or stir the shrimps until they are soft.
- Put the soft shrimps, the red or green chilies, the spring onions, the tooth herb, and the mint into a bowl.
- Add the fish sauce, the roasted sticky rice, the lemon, and the chilipowder. Mix everything together until you have the desired taste.
