Santol is traditional Lao fruit
Ingredients
Chopped Santol
Crab
Egg plant
Finger grass
Chile
Fermented fish sauce ( Padaek)
Sugar
Method
Pound chili and sugar into mortar
Then, add chopped eggplants, chopped Santol, and fermented fish. Mix everything together
Put finger grass and mix everything together again, or you can serve with finger grass
