Ingredients
Termite mushroom (1-2 kilogram), Chilli (1-2 fruits), Lemongrass 1 stem, leaf ot balsam apple 2 bundle, pickled fish 1 teaspoon, thin soy sauce (3 T), chicken stock powder (1 t), salt (1/2t) and water 1 liter.
Method
1. Clean fruiting bodies of termite mushrooms, chillies, leaf of balsam apple, lemongrass and soak for 2-3 minutes.
2. Put the water in the pot and then put lemongrass and chillies, boil for 10-15 minutes or until water hot.
3. When the water is hot or hot, put the fruiting bodies mushroom to pot.
4.Put seasoning, pickled fish, thin soy sauce, chicken stock powder, salt and boil for 10-15 minutes.
5.When mushrooms is done, put leaf of balsam apple in the pot for 2-3 minutes.
6.Then preparing for eating transfer to bowl
