After that, strain the water out of the banana flower.<\/li>\n<li>Cut the buffalo skin, the eggplants, the pennywort, and the chillies into small pieces.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Put the buffalo skin, the banana flower, the eggplants, and the pennywort into a bowl.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Add the\u00a0salt, the fish sauce, the roasted sticky rice, the lemons, and the\u00a0chillies. Mix it all together.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Taste the salad and adjust it when needed.
