Add a little water if the mixture stews.<\/li>\n<li>Taste and adjust the flavour if needed.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>How to steam the fish<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Clean the fish. Cut through the skin, but do not cut into the flesh.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Put some salt (1\/2 teaspoon) and the lemongrass on top of the fish and put it on a plate.<\/li>\n<li>Place the plate inside a pan and steam the fish for about 15-20 minutes.
