Cleaning the water one more time and strained<br \/>\n\u00a0 2.\u00a0\u00a0Heat the wok, add sugar, salt and water for boiling to dissolve. Close the fire, add lime water (keep the water by straining for pickle)<br \/>\n\u00a0 3.\u00a0\u00a0Put garlic into the jar following by pickle water.
