Leave it for 1 hour<br \/>\n\u00a0 3.\u00a0\u00a0Heat the wok with low fire for stirring the sugar. When sugar turn the color, add pork and water. Boil for 1 hour, then leave it cool<br \/>\n\u00a0 4.\u00a0\u00a0Shred the pork into small piece, pound in the mortar before drying under the sun for 20- 30 minutes (make sure that the pork did not wet or too dry due to the shape of pork is important)<br \/>\n\u00a0 5.\u00a0\u00a0Pound one more time for soft pork. Stir till it turn to the golden color (low fire) without oil, leave it cool<br \/>\n\u00a0 6.\u00a0\u00a0Put it into the jar or plastic bag and keep it within the refrigerator, easy to serve.
