Boiled Dark Green Apple snail with sour sauce is a traditional dish but rich in protein:

Ingredients

  • 2 liters of clean water
  • 1 kg of Dark Green Apple snail
  • 2 Lemon Grass (rinse and cut into pieces)
  • 5-7 Kaffir Lime leaves
  • 1 teaspoon of salt

How to cook

  1. Prepare the boiling water. Pour water into a pot, add this mixture to the boiling water and bring to a boil.
  2. Then put the clams in the pot and boil until the clams are cooked, cooking time 15-20 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 3-5 chilies
  • 1 clove garlic (peeled)

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
