Ingredients
- 2 liters of clean water
- 1 kg of Dark Green Apple snail
- 2 Lemon Grass (rinse and cut into pieces)

How to cook
- Prepare the boiling water. Pour water into a pot, add this mixture to the boiling water and bring to a boil.

How to make sour sauce:
Ingredients
- 3-5 chilies
- 1 clove garlic (peeled)
- 1 teaspoon of seasoning powder (MSG)
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Preparation
