Ingredients
- 1 kg for star gooseberry
- 1 kg for sugar
- 1 table spoon of salt for mixing water
- 5 L of water
Method
- clean and boil star gooseberry with salt for 5-10 minutes
- heat the pot. Add star gooseberry to the pot first,then slowly tossing sugar (reduce the heat of stove when stirring)
- stew sugar and remove the pot from the stove when sugar dissolved. serve by transferring to the plate
