Salt egg (Khai Khem)

Salt egg is easy to make, preserve long time, eating with variation menu

Ingredients
  •  10 eggs
  •  2 small cups, salt
  •  1 L, water
  •  1 or 2 jars

Method
  1.  prepare eggs (cleaning)
  2.  Heat the pot, add water and salt. After boiling, leave it for few minutes to reduce heat
  3.  Set the eggs within the jar, then add water that boiled with salt
  4.  Place something on top the eggs before covered, leave it for 15 days
  5.  Boiled eggs before serving
