Ingredients
• Bamboo (Nor Loy) about 1 bunch or 0.5 kg (already take out sheaths)
• Padaek 2 T
• Eggplant 5 fruits.
• Chilis 5 fruits.
• Plain or sticky rice 2 T
Method
• Peeled bamboo, choose only soft
• Heat the wok
• Bring cleaned bamboo to the wok, wait till bamboo is soft
• Add 1 table for Padaek by filter
Add 4-5 chopped eggplant, chilis and 2 tablespoons for plain or sticky rice
