Kaeng Mak Nam with ginger

Ingredients

  • Pork bones
  • young bottle ground 
  • ginger
  • lemon basil
  • Onion leaves

Method:

  1. Boil water, and put sliced ginger into the pot. the, boil for 5 minutes Put pork bone into the pot, then wait until pork were cooked
  2. Continued by putting pieces of bottle ground into the pot, boil it for 15-20 minutes. 
  3. lastly, put lemon basil and onion leaf. Ready for serving
