Kaeng Mak Nam with ginger
Ingredients
Pork bones
young bottle ground
ginger
lemon basil
Onion leaves
Method:
Boil water, and put sliced ginger into the pot. the, boil for 5 minutes Put pork bone into the pot, then wait until pork were cooked
Continued by putting pieces of bottle ground into the pot, boil it for 15-20 minutes.
lastly, put lemon basil and onion leaf. Ready for serving
