Ingredients
- 1 medium bowl for common puddle frog
- ½ small bowl for field crab
- ½ small bowl for small fish
- water 1/2 l
- 3 for Lao eggplants
- 1 brunch for basil
- 1 brunch for dill
- 3 stalks for spring onion
- 2 shallots
- 5 red chilies
- 1 tablespoon for fermented fish
- 1 teaspoon for salt
Method
- Wash crab and common puddle frog, also vegetable
- Heat the water, add salt and fermented fish
- Slice shallot, spring onion, basil, chilies, and eggplant. Put into the pot
- Covered for 10-15 minutes
- Taste and adjust
- Transfer to the bowl for serving
Suggestion
- Serve with cooked sticky rice, boiled local vegetables such as long bean, cucumber or any as you want.
