Fermented fish sauce (Padaek Pafaek)

to keep it for long, the water will turn to be color and fragrance

Preparation
  •  Fish (Cyprinidae)
  •  Salt 
  •  Jar

Method
  1.  A cup of salt
  2.  3 cups for fish
  3.  Mixed
  4.  After mixed all ingredients together, put it into the jar and covered (do not add any water)
  5. Left the jar for 1-2 weak before bringing it to cook food
