How to make pickled bamboo shoot

Pickled bamboo shoot is traditional dish in Laos, able to cook with pork or fish soup.

Ingredients
  •  2 kg, Bengal Bamboo or others
  •  A jar
  •  4 tablespoon for salt

Method
  1.  Peel and clean bamboo shoot
  2.  Slice bamboo shoot and clean it again.
  3.  Mixed sliced bamboo shoot with salt. put it into the jar with water
  4.  Covered the jar at least one month before cooking
