Khaow Nom Dork zor is a traditional dessert in Oudomxay Province which made of the Gamari flower.
Gamari is one of species in Laos, its flower will blossom between March of every year (only once blossom in a year). It’s considers as the culture and custom dessert of people in Oudomxay because local people often make for traditional festival such as Lao New year, Basi Ceremony, and give alms. Not only being served as snack or dessert for guest and relative, it was made as products for now.
