- Rice noodle (Khaopoun)
- Native chicken
- Coconut milk
- Dry pepper
- Chopped red onion
- Chopped garlic

- Boiled bamboo shoot

Method
- Heat the pot, boil chicken for 45 minutes. Transfer chicken to the bowl and continue heat water in the pot
- Chop or slice chicken with small pieces or whatever you want (Pound if need)
- Soak dry pepper for 30 minutes. Then, chopped
- Heat the pan, add vegetable oil in order to fry garlic and onion. Add coconut milk and chopped dry pepper. Stir for 5-7 minutes (Always stir during fry)
- When the coconut was cooked, bring it into the chicken pot and follow up by chopped chicken. Boil for 5 minutes
- Add salt and adjust
- Wash vegetables and serve
