Snakehead Murrel Fish Soup (Kaeng Pah Khr) mix herbs

Ingredients

  • Snakehead Murrel Fish
  • Phak Tew Som
  • Lemon grass
  • Young chili
  • shallot 
  • Onion leaves
  • Padeak or salt

Method:

  1. Heat the pot, add water, lemon grass and chili
  2. put fish into the pot, covered for 30-45 minutes
  3. When fishes were cooked, add Phak Tew Som, and onion leaves.
  4. Already for serving
