Soy milk

Soy milk, easy to serve and full of nutrition from soy bean such as iron, Vitamin A, B1, B2 and maintain high blood pressure

Ingredient
  •  1 small cup, soy bean
  •  1 L of water

Method
  1.  Cleaning soy bean 5-6 times, then soak it for 3-4 hours
  2.  Remove out of water, then bring soy bean to the shake machine
  3.  Add 1 L of water, shake
  4.  After shaking, toss to the glass bottle by straining 
  5.  Shake soy bean one more time by add 1 L of water
  6.  Heat the wok for boiling soy milk, stir every 30- 40 second until it cooked (30-40 minutes)
