Spicy buffalo skin salad (Yum Nung)

Spicy buffalo skin salad with banana flower
Ingredients
Soft buffalo skin
1 small banana flower
5 Lao eggplants
1 small bowl of pennywort
1 teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon of fish sauce
2 tablespoon of roasted sticky rice
2 lemons
5-8 chillies
coriander
Method
Mix the lemon with some water for cutting the banana flower. After that, strain the water out of the banana flower.
Cut the buffalo skin, the eggplants, the pennywort, and the chillies into small pieces.
Put the buffalo skin, the banana flower, the eggplants, and the pennywort into a bowl.
Add the salt, the fish sauce, the roasted sticky rice, the lemons, and the chillies. Mix it all together.
Taste the salad and adjust it when needed. When the salad has the desired taste, it is ready to be served.
