Main Ingredients
- Spiny Amaranth: 2 small bunches (0.5 kg), thoroughly washed
- Cut the spinach as desired
- Pork: 0,3-0,5 kg (choose lean pork with little fat for better health)
- Cut into small pieces as desired
- Season with MSG: 1 teaspoon
- Salt: 1 teaspoon (to taste)
- Clean water 0.5 liters
Instructions
- Prepare boiling water by pouring water into a pot and bringing it to a boil.
- Add the pork to the boiling water and cook until fully done.
- Then add the Spiny Amaranth to the pot.
- Continue boiling for about 2–3 minutes, until the Spiny Amaranth is cooked and the broth absorbs its flavor.
- Serve hot in a bowl. It is a tasty and nutritious dish.
