Spiny Amaranth Soup

Spinach Soup is a simple and healthy dish. Its simplicity and delicious flavor combine with rich sources of protein and vitamins that nourish the body. It is suitable for dinner or for a nutritious meal.

Main Ingredients

  • Spiny Amaranth: 2 small bunches (0.5 kg), thoroughly washed
  • Cut the spinach as desired
  • Pork: 0,3-0,5 kg  (choose lean pork with little fat for better health)
  • Cut into small pieces as desired
  • Season with MSG: 1 teaspoon
  • Salt: 1 teaspoon (to taste)
  • Clean water 0.5 liters

Instructions

  • Prepare boiling water by pouring water into a pot and bringing it to a boil.
  • Add the pork to the boiling water and cook until fully done.
  • Then add the Spiny Amaranth to the pot.
  • Continue boiling for about 2–3 minutes, until the Spiny Amaranth is cooked and the broth absorbs its flavor.
  • Serve hot in a bowl. It is a tasty and nutritious dish.
