Ingredients
- 3 big sacred Lotus root
- 3 blows for water
- 1/3 cups for Suga cane
Method
- Peel and slice sacred Lotus root
- Wash sacred Lotus root
- Heat the water, then add sacred Lotus root
- Put the sugar into the pot after the sacred Lotus root turned to pink color. Covered for 20-30 minutes
- Taste and adjust with sugar
- Leave it cool and transfer to the bottle, then keep it in the refrigerator
Noted
- Serve with ice for refreshing
- Serve pieces of soft sacred Lotus root as dessert
