Grilled sticky rice (Khaw ping)

Simple breakfast for everyone in family, that saves time
Ingredients
1 small Ka Tib Khao (cooked sticky rice)
5 eggs
1 cup of fermented fish (Pa daek)
1 cup of cracker sticky rice (pound)
Some Chilies
½ cup of coconut milk
½ tea spoon of sugar
1 tea spoon of salt
Method
Mix the cooked sticky rice with ½ tea spoon of salt and all the sugar. Leave it for 10 minutes.
Make circle shaped slices and bake them for a few minutes.
Smash all the eggs into a bowl and add the cracker sticky rice together with ½ tea spoon of salt. Mix the ingredients and add the chilies as well.
Put the rice on the grill together with the fermented fish and cover it within the egg mixture.
Bake again for anther 5-10 minutes.
Then, the grilled sticky rice is ready to be served.
Notes
There are many different versions of grilled sticky rice, such as spicy and normal.
For a more salted version, add more salt within the egg mixture.
