Ms. Vilaiphone Somsanit has begun producing bio-fertilizer for local farmers, offering an alternative for those interested in creating healthier agricultural options. This initiative allows individuals to enjoy delicious food while ensuring it is safe for consumption. To support this mission, she established I Love Agriculture, a company dedicated to producing bio-fertilizer for sustainable farming. Production, using local raw materials, began at the end of 2019. The entire production is emphasizing safety and environmental friendliness.
I Love Agriculture fertilizer is suitable for a variety of plants, including all types of vegetables, fruit trees, and ornamental plants, and helps to nourish deteriorated soil. In 2023, the product was certified under the Lao organic farming standards from the Department of Agriculture, Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry.
Despite its achievements, I Love Agriculture faces several business challenges, including a shortage of raw materials, particularly Rice Husk Ash, due to limited availability and high demand. Furthermore, there is a lack of sufficient manpower for production.
