Ingredients
• 5 kg, crab
• ½ cup, salt
• 5 lemongrasses
• 3 galangal leaf
Method
1. Cleaning the crab
2. Slice lemongrasses and galangal leaf
3. Put crab, lemongrass and galangal into mortar, pound.
4. Add a little water, mixed. Straining only dark water and leave it for one night.
5. Stir crab paste with salt by using lower fire (stir until it was stick)
6. Remove from the fire, transfer crab paste to the jar (able to keep for long, 1-2 year)
