- 200โ300 g House crickets
- 1 bowl Oil for frying
- 7โ10 kaffir lime leaves
- 1 teaspoon Knorr
How to cook
- Wash the House crickets and let them drain until dry.
- Heat oil in a wok or frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the House crickets and deep-fry for about 3โ5 minutes until crispy.
