Ingredients

  • 200โ€“300 g House crickets
  • 1 bowl Oil for frying
  • 7โ€“10 kaffir lime leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Knorr

How to cook

  1. Wash the House crickets and let them drain until dry.
  2. Heat oil in a wok or frying pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the House crickets and deep-fry for about 3โ€“5 minutes until crispy.
  4. Add kaffir lime leaves fry until fragrant.
  5. Remove from the oil, drain.
