Fried, crispy sweet fried minute carp (Chuen Pa Keo)

Minute carp is small size fish. It can be cooked as varies recipe such as Jeow and fried

Ingredients

  • Minute carp
  • Sugar
  • Soil sauce
  • Garlic
  • Kaffir Lime leaves
  • vegetable oil

Method

  1. Mix Minute Carp fishes with sugar and soil sauce together
  2. Cut and slice garlic into small pieces 
  3. Heat the pan, add oil and garlic. Then, put fishes and kaffir lime leaves to the pan and fried until it turned to beautiful color  (around  3-5 minutes)
  4. Leave it cool before serving

  • After fried, leave it cool for crispy
