Fried garlic is a simple topping used in many dishes to add a delicious aroma and flavor. It is easy to make at home and can be sprinkled over soups, noodles, rice, and other dishes.
Ingredients:
- 5-10 bulbs of garlic
- 1 cup of vegetable oil
Instructions:
- Peel the garlic and wash it thoroughly.
- Slice the garlic into thin, evenly sized pieces.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over low heat.
- Add the sliced garlic and stir gently to cook it evenly.
- Fry until the garlic turns light golden yellow, then remove it immediately. Do not wait until it becomes too dark, as it may taste bitter.
- Transfer the fried garlic to a plate lined with paper towels to absorb excess oil.
- Let it cool. The garlic will become crispier as it cools.
