Ingredients
• 1 kg, Fish eggs
• ½ tablespoon for salt
• 3 head, garlic
• ½ small cup, cooked sticky rice
• A jar
Method
1. Prepare the fish eggs by cleaning, then drain it
2. Peel garlic, pound lightly
3. Mix fish eggs, garlic, salt and cooked sticky rice together
4. Put fish eggs into the jar, covered for 3-5 days.
