Ingredients
• 1 kg, fresh fish
• 1 salt
• 1 brunch, cooked sticky rice
• 3 head, garlic
• Stock powder (optional)
• Prepare a jar or more

Method
1. Remove fish scales, smash (if using the large fish, cut into pieces)
2. Peel and smash garlic
3. add fish, salt, sticky rice, garlic to the bowl, mix together (stock powder, optional)
4. put into the jar, covered. Leave it for a week before serving
Note
• Add a little bit for salt without stock powder to keep it for long (3 months or more than one year).
