Ingredients
- Fish, 1
- Lemon grass, 3 stalk
- Shallot, 3
- Kaffir Lime leaf, 3 leaves
- Indian Ivy-rue, 3 coffee spoons
- Green chilies, 5
- Coriander root, 5 stalk
- Dill, 5 stalk
Method
- Clean fish and seperate fish’s stomach
- Pound lemon grass, onion, Indian Ivy-rue, green chilies, coriander root, dill, and Kaffir Lime leaf together
- Put all the herb you pounded in the fish’s stomach
4. Close fish’s stomach and tie with bamboo
5. Bring it for grill around 60 minutes or when fish was cooked
6. Finally, serve with stream vegetables and Lao sauce (Jeow)
