Bamboo shoots fermented in plastic bags

Fresh bamboo shoot is not available to have in every season so that people make a fermented bamboo shoot plastic bag to eat for long whenever the Bamboo shoot season passed by.

Ingredients 
  •  Fresh bamboo shoot
  •  Water
  •  Plastic bag

Method
  1.  Peel and clean bamboo shoot
  2.  Heat water in the pot, boil bamboo shoot (make sure that bamboo shoot was not bitter)
  3.  Transfer bamboo shoot into the plastic bag (only water, no water)
  4.  Covered the bag, make sure there is not any air within the bag
  5.  Add one more plastic bag, tight by plastic rope. keep it for long by hanging on the wall house

Noted
If there is any air within the bag, the bamboo shoot will be spoiled.
