Insects have provided us such a lot of benefit, some species can be food
ingredients
Varieties of insects such as Conehead grasshopper, white grub, short tailed crickets, house crickets
Kaffir lime
Vegetable oil
Salt
Method
Wash all the prepared insect
Heat the pan add oil for frying. Then, add kaffir and salt and stir till it crispy
Leave it cool for serving
Note
Only species of insect on the recipes above are suggested, be careful to consume.
If you are allergy to insect, you should not eat.
