Spicy ant eggs salad (Koiy Khai Mod Som)

Spicy ant eggs salad is available to eat only summer, is one of the best dish in Laos that should not be missed.
Ingredients
2 cup of ant eggs
1 lemon
1 table spoon for fish sauce
1 table spoon for chilies powder
4 red or green chilies (slice)
2-3 table spoons roasted sticky rice (pound)
1 cup for spring onion (slice)
1 cup for tooth herb (slice)
1 cup for mint (slice)
1 cup for onion (slice)
Method
Stream or boil ant eggs (stream or boil is just personal need)
Add ant eggs, red or green chilies, onion, spring onion, tooth herb, mint to the bowl
Adjust by fish sauce, roasted sticky rice, lemon, and chilies powder
Mix everything together, tasted and adjust.
Variation
stream or boil ant eggs is just personal need
Adjust for spicy and a little bit sour taste is more delicious
