Mok Huak

Mok Huak is local dish and popular for farmers

Ingredients

  • Tadpole (Huak)
  • Lemon grass
  • Indian Ivy-rue’s leaves and seedsໜາກແຄ່ນ ແລະ ໃບໝາກແຄ່ນ
  • Chilies
  • salt
  • Onion leaves
  • Dills
  • Banana’s leaves

Methods:

  1. Dry banana leaves under the sun
  2. Clean Tadpole (Huak)
  3. Chop lemon grasses, Indian Ivy-rue’s leaves, chilies, onion leaves, and dills. Then, put all of them to Huak and mix with salt
  4. Make assembling banana leaf packets
  5. Bring it for baking or streaming around 20-30 minutes
  6. Ready for serving
