Mok Huak is local dish and popular for farmers
Ingredients
Tadpole (Huak)
Lemon grass
Indian Ivy-rue’s leaves and seedsໜາກແຄ່ນ ແລະ ໃບໝາກແຄ່ນ
Chilies
salt
Onion leaves
Dills
Banana’s leaves
Methods:
Dry banana leaves under the sun
Clean Tadpole (Huak)
Chop lemon grasses, Indian Ivy-rue’s leaves, chilies, onion leaves, and dills. Then, put all of them to Huak and mix with salt
Make assembling banana leaf packets
Bring it for baking or streaming around 20-30 minutes
Ready for serving
